Swim Lessons Registration

Come and enjoy this fun time to introduce your child to swimming! Your specific lesson time may vary as your child's level is assessed but it will be a 30 minute session within the hours of 9 AM-11 AM and last for 2 weeks. This is 5 hours of in the water instruction for your child. Your specific time block will be communicated to you the week before lessons begin. Swim Lessons Terms & Conditions(Required)
By checking the box below I acknowledge the following terms and conditions. Violation of these terms will result in a removal from the lessons program.

1. Swimmers may be reassigned to a new level based on their assessed skill level, this might result in being moved to a new session if necessary based on class sizes.
2. The swimmer being registered is a member of Canyon Vista Pool Association in an account in good standing, or an authorized non-member attending for swim lessons.
3. I agree to register only for the appropriate level for my swimmer to the best of my ability and understand that registering for the wrong level may result in being removed from the session.
4. Registering for a specific session means that your child's lesson will fall into a 30 minute block between the hours of 9 AM and 11 AM during your chosen session. The specific time will be communicated to you after the first lesson.

Select the Session you would like to register for. Lessons will be 30 minutes for 10 sessions Monday through Friday during the morning hours. This equates to 5 hours of in the water instruction. *If you are seeing the non-member rate, please log in to your account before registering to apply the member rate.*
What Level is the Swimmer Registering for?(Required)
If you have taken lessons before, your next level was assigned to you at the end of the session. If you select the wrong level, you may be asked to move to another session. Pre Level 1-The student is not ready to put their face in the water. Level 1- the student will go in the water without a parent, but no skill requirements. Level 2-Passed Level 1, can float on their front and back and can put face under water. Level 3-Passed Level 2, comfortable with front stroke and swimming on their back. Level 4-Passed Level 3 can swim front and back crawl for 25 yards.
