Water Aerobics Terms & Conditions(Required)

By checking the box below I acknowledge the following terms and conditions. Violation of these terms will result in a removal from the class.

1. Swimmers may be reassigned to a new level based on their assessed skill level, this might result in being moved to a new session if necessary based on class sizes.
2. The swimmer being registered is a member of Canyon Vista Pool Association in an account in good standing, or an authorized non-member attending for swim lessons.
3. I agree to register only for the appropriate level for my swimmer to the best of my ability and understand that registering for the wrong level may result in being removed from the session.
4. Registering for a specific session means that your child's lesson will fall into a 30 minute block between the hours of 9 AM and 11 AM during your chosen session. The specific time will be communicated to you after the first lesson.
