Membership Purchase

First time Membership is an Initiation Fee + Annual Assessment.  The initiation fee is only paid once. The annual assessment amount is set each year and is announced each spring. If purchased during the offseason, the dues are waived because they are for the previous season. By purchasing you become an account “Owner” and will be billed the dues amount for the current season in the Spring prior to the pool season.
